Basic Introduction
The High Voltage Wound Rotor Induction Motor is a premium motor product developed through years of research and manufacturing expertise in high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors. The wound rotor adopts a robust box-type structure, with the frame constructed from welded steel plates to ensure light weight and excellent rigidity.
The stator of this large high-voltage slip ring motor utilizes a slide-in external press-fit structure. The stator winding employs F-class insulation material, featuring reliable end fixing and bundling. During manufacturing, the windings undergo multiple inter-turn pulse voltage and ground pressure tests, followed by a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) solventless paint process. This ensures excellent and reliable insulation performance, high mechanical strength, and strong moisture resistance. Similarly, the wound rotor is treated with Class F insulation and VPI processing, with all rotor weld heads and wiring fully insulated. To prevent carbon dust from entering the windings, the slip rings and stator windings are housed in two isolated spaces. Depending on the motor's power and speed, bearings can be configured as either rolling or sliding bearings, with the basic protection level set at IP54 (increasing for higher protection requirements). The main outlet box, featuring IP54 protection and a separate external ground terminal, is typically installed on the right side of the base (facing the shaft extension end), though left-side installation is available upon request. Additionally, a separate water cooling system is positioned at the top of the motor.

This wound rotor induction motor is designed for environments where the ambient air temperature does not exceed 40°C and the minimum temperature is not lower than -15°C. It is suitable for locations without serious dust, corrosive gases, or explosive hazards. Custom designs for damp-heat or high-altitude environments are also available. - Key Features
